For way too long you have been disconnected from your body. Your womb has carried the emotional trauma that you and your foremothers have been through. This generational need for healing shows up in your life as reproductive disorders, birth trauma, dissatisfaction with your body and life, fear-led mothering. You found this page because you know deep down that your healing is not just your own, it's 7 generations back and 7 generations forward healing , you know that joy and wellness is your birthright, that with the right support you too can birth your life into wellness and bliss!

Our Mission
Light as a Feather’s mission is to serve women with holistic remedies and rituals for the hygienic care of their mind, body and spirit. Through wellness coaching, advocacy and intuitive healing practices, our healing work seeks to uplift the collective woman, through supporting them with their period health, fibroids/cyst, hormonal imbalances, fertility, pregnancy and infant loss, and emotional/mind set healing.

Yoni Steam Ceremony
Yoni Steaming Ceremonies invite you and your partner to a heart- and womb-centered ceremony that includes guided meditation, somatic ritual practices, and a yoni steaming service that deepens your relationship with yourself and each other! These ceremonies are perfect for couples, mother-daughter pairs, sisters, and groups of friends.
Yoni Steaming is a non-invasive service in which we use an herbal tea blend to employ steam and gently rejuvenate and heal the vulva, vaginal canal, and womb space.
Investment starts at $65 per person.
Shamanic Womb Healing and Yoni Steam
A 2-3 hour Womb Wellness Healing session that begins with somatic womb healing practices to unearth any spiritual, physical, and/or emotional messages of the womb space. We will then move into womb reiki and abdominal healing touch with smoke medicine, and end the session with a 40-minute yoni steam.
Investment: $200
Virtual Somatic Womb Healing Sessions
In this 60-minute virtual Somatic Womb Healing session, we will use movement, breathwork, qigong practices, meditations, and envisioning to support your journey in cultivating a deeper, more aligned relationship with your womb and menstrual cycle.
Client will leave each session with Customized womb wellness plans and herbal healing suggestions that can support, but are not limited to:
- Period Health
- Fibroids/Cyst
- Fertility
- Labor Preparation
- Pregnancy and Infant Loss
- Emotional/Relationship Healing

Moon and Womb: Wild Femme Circle
Moon and Womb is an in-person women's circle held monthly on the Full moon.
Yoni Yoga -Sensual Sundays
Join us every 4th Sunday for Yoni Poppin Yoga, a sensual movement yoga class that honors the sacred body through tantric-inspired movement, breathwork, and meditation.
This Class is offered both virtually and in person. In-person participants must bring their yoga mats
