Our Mission
Light as a Feather’s mission is to serve women with holistic remedies and rituals for the hygienic care of their mind, body, and spirit. Through wellness coaching, intuitive body work, DIY yoni steams, and Doula support, our healing work seeks to uplift the collective woman, so that we might not only heal the present day, but 7 generations back and 7 generations forward.

Womb Wellness

This generational need for healing shows up in your life as reproductive disorders, birth trauma, dissatisfaction with your body, fear-led mothering. Not only am I here to support and help you advocate for yourself, your family and any pregnancy discourse and outcomes you choose, but to also help naturally encourage the spiritual and healing medicine of this transitional period in your life.

Light as a Feather values the natural rhythm and harmony our bodies align with when we listen and care for our bodies physical, spiritual and emotional needs childbirth, and the postpartum period.

Light as a Feather upholds Sister-songs concepts of reproductive justice and creating safe space for women to be empowered to speak up and claim their personal autonomy and rights over their bodies.

Meet Celeste
Celeste Pegues-Rios comes from an ancestral lineage of healers, birth workers and wielder of the Natural world (Including human nature) that manifest through her medicine in Light as a Feather. She received her BA in Wellness for Marginalized Communities and focuses that degree on women's holistic healing.
Celeste is a certified Reiki Master, Yoni Steam Practitioner, Full Spectrum Doula, Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach. Celeste lives in Denver, Colorado
